OWA’s Competency Assurance & Assessment Program follows IMCA C003 Guidance on Competence Assurance and Assessment - Diving Division and IMCA C005 Guidance on Competence Assurance and Assessment - Remote Systems & ROV Division. The competency assessment program ensures that all personnel employed by OWA are competent to efficiently and safely perform the tasks that are assigned to them, in accordance with their job descriptions.
